Blending his cultural heritage of Jamaica with the Hip Hop sounds of the East Coast, Lyricool makes inspired music for the soul. Intelligently crafted with infectious beats and that laid back lyrical flow that courses through his Caribbean blood, the rapper is a veteran of the freestyle battles that add so much credibility to his name.

Growing up with a father who created his own Reggae tracks as he DJed on sound systems at basement parties, Lyricool was always destined to follow the groove. A classic storyteller inspired by the lyrical masters such as Bob Marley, Jay-Z, Eminem and Redman, his style is for people who are fans of intricate word play, double entendres, who love a bit of rude boy swagger, and who are less focused on a chorus but more on the journey.

Really starting to follow his musical dreams in 2008, he has established himself as an energetic, dynamic and fluid performer. Paying his dues in bars, clubs and venues gave him the confidence to start making his own music but with Lyricool these things take time. Meticulously learning his craft, it was not until 2014 that he dropped his first polished release.

Most artists go for a single or a small EP to announce themselves on the world stage. Not this Maryland native son. Trusting in his talent and believing in himself, he released the 10-track album titled ‘Love Me Today, Hate Me Tomorrow’. A statement that his melodic smooth vibes could stand alongside hard-hitting raw truths, it was a seminal moment in the life of the young artist.

Fresh off the release of his most recent project, "Back To The Future", which is a complication of unreleased tracks over the last 20 years, he is ready to catch the wave once again. A new full studio album in his pocket and dropping this fall.

He is once again delivering his brand of love, heartbreak and laughter inside of a horror film back to the world. Like a fine wine, maturity and depth of flavor only develop as the years march on.
